SayItBooks.com Returns Policy
If you receive product with missing or damaged items or receive product that has unacceptable defects then contact our customer service department immediately so that we can quickly take care of it and make it right for you.

We accept returns on items that are damaged while being prepared for shipment or have unacceptable defects in materials and/or workmanship or are the incorrect item for the order. Contact our customer service department to get a Return Authorization Number or replacement product. DO NOT return an item for which you want to get a refund or replacement without having a Return Authorization Number that has been given to you for the item on that order by our customer service department. Your Return Authorization Number is the only method with which we can accurately identify you and your return in order to refund you or replace the product. No refund or replacement can be given without the Return Authorization Number. We reserve the right to replace items free of charge rather than offer a refund, we also reserve the right to refund you and not require the merchandise to be returned in order for you to get your refund or replacement product.

We do not accept refunds on acceptable quality books or electronic products such as downloads or emailed items. If you have problems accessing a digital product then contact customer service and we will send a new copy of the digital item or link to the email address used for the email delivery of that item on your order.
Returns With Special Circumstances
In special cases, when items are returned the items must be in unused condition and must include all original packaging and parts and instructions that you recieved and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number given to you by our customer service department. If a product is returned and is not in like-new condition or is missing items when returned, then restocking and return fees may be deducted from your refund, or your refund may be rejected. If a refund is requested for a product that has no defects or other aforementioned problems then you must pay the shipping and handling to send it back to our warehouse and the item being returned must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number from our customer service department. If the product is defective we will pay for the return shipping if we require an item to be returned in order to be refunded or replaced.
