Generally, coupons are processed in the best possible order in effort to offer you the best price advantage when using multiple coupons during a single checkout instance. All coupons are limited in availability and limited in time and date the coupon becomes valid and the time and date of the coupon’s expiration. There are two types of coupons: coupons that are Combinable with other coupons, and coupons that are Stand-Alone coupons which cannot be combined with other coupons.

Coupons are processed in a specific order. When using multiple coupons, all Combinable coupons are processed first and then the Stand-Alone (or Non-Combinable) coupons are processed next. Additionally, there are three Price Bases for both the Combinable and the Stand-Alone coupons. The Price Bases mean the price which the coupon will use to calculate the discount from. Typically when using multiple coupons, a coupon will not increase an already discounted price, instead it will be ignored when it would cause your price to increase, this offers you the lowest price when combining discounts (an example would be if you purchase an item that is normally 40 dollars and it is on sale for 30 dollars and you have a List Price Basis coupon for 50 percent off and a Sale Price Coupon for 10 percent off, then the List price coupon is processed first and gives the price of 20 dollars but the Sale Price coupon would only offer a price of 27 dollars and in this case the Sale Price coupon will be ignored so that you get the lowest possible price!).

The Price Bases are as follows: List Price, Sale Price, and Already Discounted Price. List price coupons are processed first, and then your Sale Price coupons are processed, and finally your Already Discounted Price Coupons are processed. Two coupons sharing an identical Coupon Type and Price Basis will be processed in no particular order because coupons have unlimited varying determining factors that cannot be predicted due to the fact that they will offer benefits according to the coupons’ specified promotion offerings at that time for each coupon and also because they can be added in a different order by you. If an item is already priced down to free cost to you, then that item will not be processed again on that order and no further discount for that item will be allowed on that order.

Some Stand-Alone coupons may require certain items to be purchased together on the same order for the coupon to be valid. If a required item on a Stand-Alone coupon has already been discounted then the discount for the required set of items on that coupon will be ignored. In some rare cases, you may have to place multiple orders and put the items on each order with the appropriate coupon(s) so that you can get your best pricing advantage.

Some Stand-Alone coupons have items that are not required, and those non-required items will be processed separately. And if an item included in that coupon has already been processed with another coupon then it will not be processed on a Stand-Alone coupon but other non-required items that have not already been processed using another coupon will still be processed with the applicable coupons. If an eBook also has a physical version counterpart, the look, page count, and page numbers are intended to match as close as is reasonably possible. SayItBooks.com eBooks have been tested on many modern tablets, smartphones, laptops, and desktop devices, however because the diversity of devices on which SayItBooks.com eBooks can be viewed is so vast, SayItBooks.com offers no guarantee that the SayItBooks.com eBooks will work on every device.

SayItBooks.com eBooks allow certain changes to text-style, -size, and -color as well as page-color and dimensions of page-width and -length; therefore while the page content will be nearly identical, the personal settings and the device size and orientation that the eBook is displayed on will alter, to some extent, the look of the page while leaving the textual content intact to match its physical counterpart page-to-page as close as is possible, if one exists.

SayItBooks.com beta eBooks are internet-based online only and currently cannot be downloaded for offline reading. SayItBooks.com eBooks can only be read using the SayItBooks.com internet-based eReader. Pages are loaded to the device in segmented groups that will allow considerable reading time without having to access the eBook servers. If you exit an eBook and no longer have internet access you will not be able to access the eBook again until you once again have internet access. Due to conditions that are out of the control of SayItBooks.com, SayItBooks.com does not guarantee eBook access at all times.

SayItBooks.com eBooks are currently an online-only per-eBook subscription-based service with a long-term expiration date. This eBook offering model may change at any time without prior notice to you.

eBooks that are designated as "Sample" or "Free Limited" are for evaluation purposes only and cannot be eLoaned and are not capable of saving settings or page markers for later use. SayItBooks.com may remove "Sample" or "Free Limited" editions from your Bookcase at any time without prior notice to you. As a beta test option you can eLoan your SayItBooks.com eBook that you purchased to a friend. eBooks can only be eLoaned to people who have an account with SayItBooks.com. eLoans can only be made by those who have purchased an eBook from SayItBooks.com. The owner of the eBook can take the eLoaned eBook back at any time without prior notice to the eBorrower. The eBorrower can return the eBook at any time by following the prompts that appear when entering the eBook or by eLoaning it back to the actual owner if that option is available.

eBooks can be eLoaned to one person at a time, and no one else can access an eLoaned eBook while it is out on eLoan to the eBorrower. At the sole discretion of SayItBooks.com, eBooks may be eLoaned from a Primary eBorrower to a Secondary eBorrower at which point the Primary eBorrower will no longer have access to the eBook they were eBorrowing unless they are the rightful owner of that eBook. The beta eBook eLoan program or aspects thereof may be discontinued by SayItBooks.com at any time without any prior notice.

When someone offers to eLoan an eBook to another person, an email or text will be sent to the person to whom the eLoaner wanted to read the eBook. Additionally, if the potential eBorrower is signed in and viewing their SayItBooks.com eReader Bookcase, the offered eLoaned eBook will appear in their Bookcase able to be immediately accepted or returned.

Once an eLoan has been accepted by the eBorrower or if the eBook's rightful owner retracts the eLoan offer, then the eLoan link will immediately expire. eLoan links can only be used one time each. Additionally, if the eLoan is accepted directly from within the eReader Bookcase it will also expire that particular eLoan link. Coupons that offer discounted or free Shipping, Handling, and Giftwrap will discount only when items on the coupon are affected by the coupons’ benefits and are processed.

Handling and Gift Wrap charges are discounted on a per item basis, so if you have several different items in your shopping cart and one product in your shopping cart is discounted using a coupon and the coupon offers discounted or free Handling and/or Gift Wrap then only the items being discounted will have Handling and/or Giftwrap discounts applied to your Handling and/or Gift Wrap charges.

Shipping is processed as a total for your entire order. If your coupon offers free or discounted shipping then if any item is discounted using that coupon and depending upon the coupon’s benefits it will discount or give free shipping for all delivery addresses on your entire order. Other than content you own, which you may have opted to include or post on this internet site, under these Conditions of Use and other Terms, SayIt Books Inc and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this internet site, and all such rights are reserved.
